Please be aware that this role is office based due to the nature of the work, there is flexibility on work base as and when required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who is interested in working to support the Contact Service at our Sandy Bank, Mansfield site, to carry out their work within the Children and Families Department.
You will be joining a small and friendly team who provide support to each other and to the service and who are committed to delivering a targeted and effective service to families in need.
Applicants should have a flexible and adaptable manner, as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential. You will be required to undertake reception duties and will need to have exceptional time-management skills. Good grammar and literacy skills along with the ability to be flexible and able to prioritise your workload. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information, in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
