An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled business support administrator to join the business support team which supports provider services at Broxtowe day care centre. The day centre provides a supportive environment with social activities, meals and health and personal care support for adults with needs due to age, disability or health conditions.
Duties
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to undertake a range of administrative duties. You will need to:
- be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative
- demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands
- possess problem-solving skills
- demonstrate good communication skills
- work well as part of a team.
You will need to be experienced in using a range of IT software including MS Excel although training will be given on specialist systems that are used in the team. The role will require accurate data inputting and numeracy skills.
This post is also available as a secondment opportunity to existing Nottinghamshire County Council employees. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.
