What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a central role in keeping Adult Social Care and Commissioning running smoothly, working closely with senior leaders to turn priorities into action. You’ll coordinate activity across teams to ensure work is aligned and progressing as planned, while supporting governance through the preparation of briefings, reports, and meeting materials.
You’ll track actions and monitor progress to keep key priorities moving forward, while also supporting programmes and transformation work by identifying risks and dependencies early. Acting as a key link between teams, you’ll ensure communication is clear, consistent, and effective.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll bring structure to complexity, support senior decision-making, and help deliver better outcomes for residents.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your director.
