Job Description:
BCG Expand, a company of the Boston Consulting group, has the opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team. We are looking for the right candidate to join our client engagement team from the London office.
The primary function of the role is to support the Climate and Sustainability (C&S) team’s work on the ESG Data Convergence Initiative (EDCI). The successful candidate will play a cross-functional support role, helping efforts across EDCI’s commercial and technical teams, collaborating with our colleagues at BCG, and gaining exposure to the EDCI’s members and stakeholders (Private Equity GPs, LPs, Portfolio Companies, and Private Credit funds).
The individual will assist with day-to-day operations, including executing on internal and client-facing processes, supporting membership growth efforts, and contributing to external communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to build foundational experience across operations, client engagement, and technical coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In addition to the core responsibilities, there is expectation that the successful candidate will learn, develop, and progress their professional skills and business relationships with EDCI’s private equity clients.
