Job Description

Are you passionate about customer data, journey orchestration, and cutting-edge martech? We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of data-driven experiences using Adobe’s Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimiser.

In this pivotal role, you’ll translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions, ensuring data integrity, technical excellence, and best-practice execution. You’ll also help shape our internal capability, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement across our AEP delivery.

Responsibilities

Data architecture and integration: Strong grasp of XDM schemas, identity services, APIs, and data governance, with proficiency in SQL and platforms like Snowflake.

Stakeholder and team leadership: Skilled in managing expectations, influencing decisions, and mentoring team members to build technical capability.

Process and quality excellence: Experience defining documentation standards, QA frameworks, and scalable processes for digital marketing and data projects.

Agile delivery: Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence to drive collaboration and efficiency.
