As Campaign Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, delivery and optimisation of integrated campaigns, enabling in-person sales teams and working closely with those who manage earned media and channels, paid and owned media. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated campaign briefs, seeing through quality implementation from working with designs on creative concepting through to bringing the proposition to life across multiple channels (B2B and B2C). You will manage a small team of Marketing Officers who will work alongside channel specialists e.g., paid, owned, earned, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to meet growth targets.


  • Do you have experience of working in an integrated campaign environment?
  • Do you have working knowledge and experience of email marketing platforms including segmentation, automation, data analysis, data compliance (GDPR) and reporting?
  • Do you have strong project and resources management experience?
  • Are you experienced and focused on driving income growth and optimisation of channels?
  • Do you have good understanding of the digital marketing landscape?
  • Do you have reputation for getting the best from cross-functional teams, including external agencies and partners, and driving solutions and outcomes at pace?
  • Do you have a commercial and results-orientated mindset?
