Role Summary And Impact

Taking overall responsibility for the quality control of all advertising Campaigns allocated

Once all bookings have been completed by the Trading and Activator teams, it is the responsibility of all CQT Coordinators to make sure:-

  • Site details and digital elements are obtained, checked and added to each booking where required.
  • Final paperwork received, checked, fixed costs added
  • Intercompany Financial input added.
  • Campaigns are passed to the finance system, locked and paperwork provided to Finance ready for invoicing.
  • Any queries/problems/omissions with any bookings are communicated to the Activator on a timely basis.
  • Design allocations generated and given to Vendors where required.
  • Despatch files provided to Poster Collation Despatch Company
  • Reports generated for Campaign inspections set up when requested by Client
  • Audit files are run by the due date.
  • Providing any reports that may be requested by the Activators
