Qualifications

Essential

• Educated to GCSE level 2 standard in English and Maths or equivalent experience.
• NVQ3 level or equivalent administration experience
• ECDL or equivalent experience

Desirable

Experience

Essential

• Previous recent clerical experience
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive data
• Experience and/or knowledge of using ALEX HEALTH and CRIS
• Previous experience of working in a team

Desirable

• Experience of booking patients in line with National and Trust waiting time standards
• Experience and/or knowledge of at least one electronic booking system currently used by the Trust.
• Previous experience within an admission function dept. in the NHS
