Care Coordinator

Absolute Healthcare Providers is seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Care Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our care services. This role combines office-based coordination hours with time out in the community, completing client visits and supporting care delivery in person when needed.

We’re open to full-time or part-time hours for the right person, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering a great experience for clients and staff.

📍 Location: Four Marks, Hampshire (office-based, with client visits in surrounding areas)

🕒 Hours: Flexible - to be discussed

📅 Start Date: March 9th 2026

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be a key link between our Directors, Care staff, and clients, ensuring schedules run smoothly, care is coordinated effectively, records remain compliant, and communication is always professional and supportive. You’ll split your time between the office and client visits, helping maintain quality, continuity, and strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent office presence (no hybrid or work-from-home model)
• Coordinate and support daily care operations, including rota planning, recruitment  and scheduling
• Conduct client visits (e.g., reviews, spot checks, introductions, quality monitoring)
• Support carers with day-to-day queries and ensure clear communication between office and field
• Keep client and staff records accurate and up to date in line with company policies and compliance requirements
• Act as a friendly, professional point of contact via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Assist with auditing, quality checks, and record keeping

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a Healthcare setting (Required)
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is beneficial due to client visits (Required)
• Experience in Care Coordination, Recruitment, or Office Coordination 
• Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
