What will you be doing?
You will work closely alongside the management and support team, with the day to day running of the shifts.
Prioritising and directing the workload to team members, ensuring any issues are dealt with as they arise and the health safety, welfare of customers and employees are responded to.
You will assist the management team by providing and recording information to help amend and update care plans so that changes in customers’ needs can be supported appropriately.
35 hours per week, shifts of 7 hours.

About You
With your previous experience in care leadership, and NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (ideal), you'll join our team in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
You will contribute, as a senior member of staff, to the overall management and development of service provision, planning for the future development of services to meet the needs of customers from diverse cultural communities.
You will understand the Quality Commission (CQC) and to have good knowledge in all relevant legislation and regulations. Your role will involve ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents.
You may be a Senior Carer who has stepped in to support your manager and is now looking for your next permanent move, or a current Shift Lead seeking to gain more experience and develop yourself for the future.
We will offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in, there's no pressure to "hit the ground running"!
