Description
West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a full time Care Assistant for Phoenix Resource centre. We provide services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and for those with frailty and dementia.

The successful candidate will work with our customers in a person-centred way, promoting their independence and wellbeing and supporting people to fulfil their potential, both in the resource centre and in the community.

No experience necessary, all training will be provided. However a demonstrable commitment to our values is essential.
