Level 2 Caseworker / Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor – Immigration Experience Essential
We provide nationwide legal services in both individual and business immigration.
The Role:
You will:
• Manage a caseload of appeals and business immigration matters (including visas, sponsorship, compliance, appeals, and related applications).
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients with professionalism and precision.
• Lead and supervise paralegals and junior staff to ensure best practice and excellent client service.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s immigration services and client relationships.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3 years’ PQE, or Level 2 or 3 Caseworker.
• Strong track record in both individual and business immigration cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing leadership within a small team.
• Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and client care.
