If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager - Professional Workwear & PPE to join our growing team.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role
As Category Manager, you will take full ownership of the Professional Workwear range, driving the briefing, development, sourcing, and buying strategy. Your work will directly influence product performance, ensuring ranges are delivered on time, to target margin, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping commercially successful ranges while ensuring all products meet PPE regulations and certification requirements.

As our future Category Manager - Professional you will have:
Proven experience within workwear, PPE, or uniform categories, ideally within a brand, distributor, or wholesaler
A strong understanding of PPE regulations, standards, and certification processes
Experience in submitting PPE technical files and analysing test reports
A keen commercial eye for design with the ability to balance innovation and cost
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Strong communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with international teams (including Asia)
The ability to manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch
Confidence in presenting ideas at key milestones, including range reviews and product launches
Travel to the Far East is expected within this role.
