Description
Drive global efficiency, shape smarter operations, and help Specsavers deliver life‑changing products to millions.

In this role, you will help shape how our product categories operate across all regions and markets, supporting the development and optimisation of processes that drive consistency, scalability and efficiency. You’ll work across all category areas, including Frames, Ophthalmic Lenses, Contact Lenses, Audiology, Accessories, Eye Health and Smart Wear, giving you unparalleled visibility of our global product ecosystem. Acting as the connector between category teams, supply chain functions, suppliers and operations, you will ensure that improvement projects and strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.

This is your chance to make a tangible impact by identifying inefficiencies, championing Lean principles, and helping embed the tools and systems that enable smarter, faster and more cost‑effective ways of working. You’ll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, providing clear project updates to senior stakeholders, and supporting the governance frameworks that maintain quality and compliance. As a natural collaborator, you’ll build strong relationships across Product, Demand Planning, Sustainability, Quality, Finance, Marketing & Development and local market teams, ensuring we operate as one unified function. Your curiosity, proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
will support not only the evolution of our processes but also your own personal growth within a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment.

If you are highly organised, detail‑driven and energised by operational excellence, this is an opportunity to develop your career at scale. You’ll bring strong communication skills, the confidence to challenge and influence, advanced Excel capability and a genuine interest in understanding how big decisions shape our global operations.

In return, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative team, contribute to meaningful change and help us deliver on our promise to customers and colleagues worldwide.

If you’re ready to take the next step and help build the future of Category Operations at Specsavers, we’d love to hear from you.
