Description
We are seeking a highly commercial and customer‑focused Channel Customer Marketing Lead to drive the performance of the William Grant & Sons portfolio across the Off‑Trade and eCommerce channels. Based in Hampshire, you will be leading a team of 5 Customer Marketing Managers who execute world class activations across the biggest retailers in the UK. This is a pivotal role that blends shopper insight, shopper marketing, digital commerce excellence and customer engagement to deliver standout execution in grocery and online platforms.

- Ownership of marketing investment budgets, ensuring usage aligns to strategic priority channel, customer and brand combinations.
- Visibility & tracking of activation spend through activity grids/internal templates. Ownership of channel plans through internal forums incl. QBRs & Business Planning
You’re a confident leader and creative marketer with an insightful commercial mind. You love building iconic brands leveraging a challenger mindset. With strong experience in FMCG or drinks, you know how to lead teams and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creative flair with disciplined execution, and can manage agency partners and a wide range internal stakeholders to a high standard.
