This is an excellent opportunity to work across a strong regional client base spanning the South West and Wales, supporting a mix of investors, landlords, occupiers and developers.

You’ll be involved in both professional and project-focused instructions, with real scope to take ownership of workstreams, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our Bristol offering.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services, including:

  • Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
  • Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA)
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Building pathology and defect diagnosis

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting with business development, client retention and bid activity
  • Contributing to projects across the South West, Wales and wider UK when required

Skills & Experience

  • MRICS-qualified with relevant Building Surveying experience (1–5 years PQE ideal)
  • Strong track record in delivering core professional instructions
  • Experience in project delivery (CAT A/B refurbishments, maintenance works, minor works)
  • Confident communicator with strong report writing skills
  • Commercially aware, organised and proactive
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
  • Experience with regional investor, developer or occupier clients is an advantage

  • Why Join Us?

    • Be part of a highly regarded regional team with a strong pipeline of work
    • Hybrid working with flexibility around home, office and site
    • Excellent exposure to a diverse range of properties across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and the wider region
