Location: Harbottle, Morpeth
Job Type: Permanent / Part-time
Salary: £13.24 per hour
Shift: 4 days per week (32 hours), overtime available to cover holidays

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious, balanced, and delicious meals for our residents, taking into account their special dietary requirements, medical needs, and personal preferences.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment by providing meals that not only meet nutritional needs but also bring enjoyment and comfort to those living in the care home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals that are healthy, balanced, and tailored to the specific dietary needs of residents.
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (desirable but not essential if willing to obtain).
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in cooking or catering.
- Caring, trustworthy, and patient nature, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
