We are looking for a Chief Engineer in our UK team to provide leadership and coaching for existing and new customer programmes

We are looking for a Chief Engineer in our UK team to provide leadership and coaching for existing and new customer programmes
Key Responsibilities
- To lead technical aspects of opportunities, proposals, and projects, including deliverable/quality review process and performance metrics
- Guide and develop individual technical career paths to build high performing technical teams
- Foster an innovation culture to enhance customer value and productivity
- Support service capability development through creation of pilot projects and Proof of Concepts, partnering with our Sales team campaign initiatives.

Work Experience
- In-depth understanding and experience of Aero-engine OEM design, FEA, definition, manufacturing and aftermarket processes when applied to Production introduction and in-service/in-production applications
Membership of associated professional institutes encouraged and financially supported
