We are now entering a new stage of growth and are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing strategy and transform FinregE’s market presence. We are looking for a marketing leader who has built and scaled the marketing strategy of a fast-growing SaaS or technology company from the ground up. This role requires someone who is comfortable creating structure, narrative, and visibility where it needs maturing - building a marketing function that drives global visibility, product credibility, and commercial growth.

We are looking for a highly experienced, ambitious marketing leader
The successful candidate will define and execute a global marketing strategy, elevate FinregE’s industry presence, and build the brand, narrative, and demand generation engine required for the company’s next phase of growth.
You will work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping how the market understands FinregE.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with FinregE’s growth ambitions.
- Lead the repositioning of FinregE as a leading AI-native regulatory intelligence platform.
- Build and scale the company’s marketing function to support global expansion.
Category & Narrative Development
- Define and communicate FinregE’s market category and positioning.
- Develop compelling messaging that communicates the value of FinregE’s AI-powered regulatory intelligence capabilities.
Brand and Market Visibility
- Elevate FinregE’s profile across global financial services, regulatory bodies, and other regulated sectors.
- Build a strong presence across industry media, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.
- Position FinregE executives as leading voices in regulatory technology and AI.
Public Relations & Industry Influence
- Develop and lead a global PR and communications strategy.
- Build relationships with leading journalists, industry analysts, and sector influencers.
- Secure high-impact media coverage and speaking opportunities.
Product & Sector Marketing
- Lead the development of product marketing strategies across FinregE’s core offerings.
- Support expansion into new regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals and automotive.
- Ensure marketing supports enterprise sales across global markets.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Develop scalable demand generation and digital marketing programmes.
- Strengthen inbound marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Ensure marketing effectively supports enterprise sales and partnership growth.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Mentor and develop existing marketing staff.
- Introduce best practices, structure, and measurable performance metrics across the marketing function.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader who has built market presence for innovative technology companies.
Essential Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally within enterprise software, AI, fintech, or regulatory technology.
- Proven experience building or repositioning a technology brand.
- Strong experience in enterprise and institutional markets (e.g., financial services, regulators, government, or other regulated sectors).
• Proven experience building and executing the marketing strategy of a scaling SaaS or enterprise technology company from the ground up
• Demonstrated ability to increase market visibility, strengthen brand credibility, and support enterprise growth
• Experience developing a modern marketing function across brand, product marketing, PR, and demand generation
• Track record of elevating the profile of a technology platform and company within competitive enterprise markets
Highly Desirable
- Experience in AI, RegTech, fintech, or complex B2B technology platforms.
- Experience engaging with regulators, financial institutions, or government organisations.
- Familiarity with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, Chartis, Celent, etc.).
- Experience supporting international expansion.
