- Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point of contact for clients with account queries, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist due diligence and monitoring account activities
- make sure administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
- carry out daily transaction processing and complex trouble-shooting
- keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your expertise
- Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team (1-2 years' experience)
- experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
- high attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs
- MiFId competent is preferred, but not essential
