Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and leading high-performing teams? At Boundary Vets, we’re looking for an inspiring Client Care Team Lead to champion our client journey and bring our Core Values to life with a true Commitment to Excellence.

As a key member of the Client Experience Lead Team, you will evaluate, design, define and deliver our client experience blueprint, working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure every client interaction reflects the very best of Boundary Vets.

You’ll lead and develop our Client Care Insurance and Client Care Associates, creating a supportive and motivated environment where excellence is the standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of an outstanding end-to-end client experience
  • Inspire, mentor and manage the Client Care Insurance and Client Care Associate teams
  • Support onboarding, induction, and continuous training of new and existing team members
  • Collaborate across internal functions and services to achieve Client Care KPIs
  • Monitor and support effective practice debt control
  • Ensure insurance claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Drive engagement and foster a culture aligned with our Core Values.
