As a key member of the Client Experience Lead Team, you will evaluate, design, define and deliver our client experience blueprint, working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure every client interaction reflects the very best of Boundary Vets.
You’ll lead and develop our Client Care Insurance and Client Care Associates, creating a supportive and motivated environment where excellence is the standard.

- Proven leadership experience in a client-facing environment

- High attention to detail, particularly in financial processes and insurance administration
