Job Title: Client Care Team Lead

Salary: £24,819.70 per annum

Location: CityVets, Heavitree

Job Type: Permanent, part-time

Hours: 33.1 hours per week

Shift: Mon & Tues - 1.30pm -7pm, Weds & Thurs - 8am -1.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 7pm. Saturdays are included on a rota basis

Role And Responsibilities

The Client Care Team Lead will oversee all areas of reception and front of house to create a warm, clean, bright, welcoming environment for clients and their pets. You will be training new team members and leading by example to ensuring the team know the importance of delivering client service excellence every day.

You will listen to and act upon feedback to improve the client experience and upskill the team as appropriate to meet client expectations.
