Main duties
The role is responsible for the overall management and development of relationships with a defined portfolio of universities and higher education institutions in the UK and Ireland, encompassing both commercial and service delivery aspects. You will track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities and use these insights to identify opportunities for selling solutions and services that support each institution’s objectives. You will also ensure a consistently high level of service, working closely with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships.
