Client Insight Manager - FTC
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility to become permanent
Role Summary
Lead the strategy, design and delivery of customer and adviser insights to progammes to inform and drive business strategy, proposition development, regulatory compliance and operational improvements.
This role ensures a robust, comprehensive understanding of customer behaviours, needs, and outcomes within a regulated savings & investments environment, enabling the organisation to deliver better customer and adviser experiences and better customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver short- and long-term projects focused on improving customer experience and adviser experiences.
- Managing ad-hoc research projects to objectives, generating actionable insights and presenting findings to senior stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting, communications, and recommendations that are easy for stakeholders to digest and take action.
