Description

Client Relationship Executive

HENI is an international art services business working with leading artists and estates across printmaking, marketplaces for physical artworks, NFTs, publishing, digital, video production, art research and analysis. HENI is at the cutting edge of art and tech using the latest and best technologies, to make art accessible to audiences worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking Client Relationship Executives (similar job titles include Client Liaison, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Associate) to join our growing sales team. No background in art is required – if you are hardworking and a great salesperson, we want to hear from you.

This is a desk-based role. You’ll spend your time on the phone, emailing, and messaging potential clients - following up on warm leads, and developing long-term relationships with collectors and buyers. If you thrive behind a headset and a screen, this role was built for you.

This role is not commission-based. We believe the best sales culture is built on collaboration, not competition - and our team reflects that. You'll be working alongside a close-knit group of people who share targets, share knowledge, and support each other to grow collective revenue. If you're motivated by being part of a high-performing team rather than chasing individual bonuses, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and repeat buyers.
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from first contact through to order processing, invoicing, and fulfilment, and shipping.
  • Providing expert customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.
  • Keeping CRM records up-to-date and accurate with every client interaction.
  • Collaborating across the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Working closely with the wider sales and customer care team to ensure a seamless client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of sales or business development experience.
  • A passion for sales and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in this field.
  • Confident and articulate communication skills.
  • Natural ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customers remotely.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and focused – with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathetic and attentive, skilled at listening and building trust-based relationships.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and good CRM discipline.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.

  • Desirable (but not essential):

    • Experience selling luxury or high-value goods.
    • Background in remote sales, telesales or telemarketing, or any role where client relationships were built primarily over phone or email etc.
    • Additional language skills.

No art industry experience necessary – full training provided.
