About the role
We’re hiring a commercially minded Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients and deliver retention and expansion outcomes. This role is designed for someone with clear leadership potential.
This exciting role will provide full ownership of your client book, including delivering value to your clients, leading renewals, driving expansion, influencing senior stakeholders, and raising the bar internally.
You’ll be responsible for
- Own renewals, retention, and value delivery for DACH & CE clients, ensuring outcomes are achieved while leading commercial conversations and protecting long-term value.
- Drive expansion (upsell/cross-sell) by identifying growth opportunities and building credible business cases.
- Manage complex stakeholders across client organisations (e.g., senior leadership, asset management, ESG, IT, operations).
- Run portfolio-level strategy (not just building-by-building): prioritise accounts, segment (grow/defend/maintain), and align activity to business KPIs.
- Lead executive communication and handle difficult conversations (pricing, objections, renewal pressure) with clarity and confidence.
- Influence internally across Sales/BD, Product, and Marketing to improve handovers, accountability, and client outcomes.
- Bring structure and data to your work: account plans, health indicators, renewal forecasting, CRM discipline, and risk prioritisation.
Must-haves
- 2–3+ years in Client Success / Account Management / Strategic Partnerships roles.
Bonus points
- Experience in real estate / built environment, PropTech, B2B SaaS, or
- ESG/sustainability/infrastructure/advisory (industry is less important than complexity).
- Have built or improved Client Success processes (playbooks, dashboards, tooling, health scoring,OKRs/KPIs). Multilingual profiles.
