We are looking for a part time (22.5 hours)
Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, or a qualified CBT Therapist, to join the Staff Psychological Service within our Occupational Health team.

The Staff Psychological Service is a growing and evolving team, established in early 2022 to meet the increasing need for psychological support for staff. The service focuses on helping colleagues experiencing work-related psychological difficulties, including those arising from workplace challenges and incidents.
This role would suit someone who is adaptable, flexible, and highly organised, and who thrives in a developing service where they can make a meaningful impact.
About The Role
You will:
- Provide psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy to staff
- Deliver group and team-based interventions
- Offer consultation to teams and managers across the organisation
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical /Counselling Psychologist or Qualified CBT therapist to provide specialist services to Staff within the Staff Psychological Service.
Applicants do not need to have had prior experience working in staff support but will have demonstrated an interest in the area. Prior experience would be beneficial.
The postholder will promote the psychological health and wellbeing of staff members accessing the service and will provide psychological assessment, interventions, evaluation of services and will contribute to service development, audit, research projects and teaching.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues within the Occupational Health team to provide specialist psychological advice and guidance.
