Are you and experienced RN looking for a challenging, demanding but rewarding career in one of the UK's largest hospitals?
We are looking to recruit dynamic, confident and motivated individuals to join our expanding corporate operations site team. If you are passionate, like we are about providing the best care to our patients, this position offers the right individual the opportunity to showcase and develop their leadership and operational skills.
You will take responsibility for leading the capacity team on a daily basis, facilitating patient flow across all specialities in the trust to promote positive patient outcomes and ultimately enhancing the patient’s hospital journey. Working closely with the divisional management teams, you will support the trust to achieve both urgent care and elective quality targets.
The clinical site manager role is diverse and you will need to be flexible and adaptable in an ever changing environment, with an ability to remain composed during periods of extreme pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement of the role, in order to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Working shifts, providing 24/7 cover across both of our hospitals, you will provide out of hours senior nursing support and clinical advice to all areas within the trust and be the key responder in the event of a Critical/Major Incident.
The Site Operations team provides cross site clinical site management and you will be working alongside Senior patient flow co-ordinators, both clinical and non-clinical as well as patient flow co-ordinators. We are a growing team with a diverse range of skills and experience.
