The Job Role
With further growth within the Westcoast Cloud business, we have the opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys learning and working as part of a team. The role will be working closely with the Campaign Managers to deliver the marketing campaigns across multiple cloud vendors. You’ll collaborate with external agencies and the in-house cloud solution teams to project manage multiple campaigns at once, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
This is an opportunity for a Marketing Executive, ideally with 2 years IT or marketing agency experience.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the team in the delivery of campaigns, through briefing agencies, scheduling resource, and liaising with teams to ensure successful delivery on time and to budget
- Project managing events within timelines and coordinating and communicating to stakeholders
- Updating website content, email signatures and assets
- Proofreading documents, ensuring it is within brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Maintaining the CRM system to make sure the data is accurate and relevant
- Scheduling social media and creating posts, engaging with comments, and following new vendors and customers
- Supporting in the claiming of campaigns, and demonstrating impact and ROI
- Documenting new processes and seeking improvement and efficiency in all aspects of role and tasks
- Researching industry events & awards
