Interim Commercial Analyst - Outsourced Provider in London


Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Commercial Analyst to join an Outsourced Provider in London on a 6-12 month Contract. This contract is likely to be Outside IR35 (in process of determining) and offering hybrid working, 3-4 days per week in their London offices.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial and financial analysis to support negotiations on income, costs and performance
  • Build clear, practical pricing and revenue/cost models to forecast multi-year impacts.
  • Analyse variances between bid assumptions, contracts and actual performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Translate contractual requirements into clear commercial implications.
  • Partner with Finance and operational stakeholders to align assumptions and recommendations.
  • Deliver concise, decision-ready analysis to support leadership discussions.
  • Challenge assumptions constructively and manage multiple bid-related workstreams with strong governance.
  • Support ad-hoc commercial analysis, proactively identifying risks and data gaps.


To be suitable for this role, you must have the following:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial analyst with experience supporting pricing, income, cost and contract decisions.
  • Proven ability to assess performance against bid and contractual expectations.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills (revenue/cost forecasting).
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving structured, evidence-based outcomes.
  • Highly organised with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Industry background flexible; transferable commercial skills valued
