What You'll Do:
• Advise clients on a wide range of complex commercial disputes across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
• Support and lead on litigation, arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Deliver commercially focused solutions tailored to clients' strategic objectives.
• Build and develop strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and industry groups to provide integrated client support.
• Explore innovative ways of working, including the use of AI and technology to enhance client service delivery.
• Take an active role in your professional development through training, mentoring, coaching, and leadership programmes.
Who We're Looking For:
• A qualified lawyer with 2–5 years' PQE and strong experience in commercial disputes, ideally gained in private practice.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex matters effectively.
• A commercially minded and proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.
• Strong relationship-building skills and an interest in developing client and industry networks.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and career progression.
