As Commercial Finance Manager – Revenue, you will play a critical role in shaping and overseeing pricing and revenue management strategies across Western Europe.
You will act as a trusted business partner to commercial and finance leaders, providing strategic financial insight, challenging decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth and profitability across multiple markets and product categories.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence regional strategy, drive commercial performance, and contribute to BAT’s transformation journey within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting and challenging pricing and excise strategies across Western Europe markets
Driving sustainable pricing strategies across traditional and new category portfolios
Providing commercial and financial insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making
Partnering with regional and end market stakeholders to ensure alignment with Area commercial and financial objectives
Overseeing pricing governance and supporting compliance with global guidelines and frameworks
Leading competitor analysis activities and monitoring market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
Supporting the tracking and analysis of commercial and financial KPIs to drive performance improvement
Contributing to a high-performance team culture through collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
Extensive experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, or Consulting, ideally within an FMCG environment
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FMCG market dynamics
Experience supporting pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy activities
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce new ideas
It would be a plus if you also have
Professional finance qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
Experience in financial planning, pricing governance, or commercial performance analysis
Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
