Key Responsibilities
- Act as a commercial finance partner to key business units, supporting strategic initiatives, product launches, and growth decisions
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, insight, and commentary to support performance management and decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning cycles, working closely with senior FP&A stakeholders
- Build and enhance financial models to evaluate profitability, pricing, and investment cases
- Provide insightful variance analysis and identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders across product, operations, and technology to influence outcomes
- Prepare clear, concise management packs and presentations for senior leadership and executive forums
- Continuously improve reporting, controls, and processes in a fast-paced, digital environment
About You
- Newly qualified ACA qualified with up to 5 years post qualification experience , with a strong academic background
- Trained in Big 4 or Top 20 audit, with a clear financial services focus (banking, FS, fintech, or payments)
