Description
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making across sales, marketing and operations.
- Partnering with senior commercial teams to drive business performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making
- Acting as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, translating performance trends into actionable recommendations.
- Supporting Revenue Growth Management performance, including pricing, mix, and promotion analysis to enhance margin and return on investment
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and optimise financial reporting systems and processes.
- Lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
Profile
A successful Commercial Financial Controller should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in commercial finance and partnering, ideally within the consumer sector
