URGENT Requirement - Contract or Interim Legal Counsel
Our Client, a leading hedge fund, is looking for an experienced mid-level commercial counsel to join the team in London.
This role will require an extensive knowledge set and will be on-site in the firm's West End offices. The position is on an interim or contract basis, with the potential to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of all commercial, data and technology contracts and negotiations
- Research Agreements
- 3rd Party Vendor oversight
- Process improvement and legal technology implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-7+ PQE as a commercial, technology and/or Data & AI counsel
- Demonstrable track record in a ranked commercial, technology, Data & IP or TMT practice
- Demonstrable track record in a Tier 1 Financial Services environment
- Strong experience in a fast moving, technology driven corporate or financial service's group Legal technology team - highly desirable
- Right to work in the UK
