Commercial Manager - Construction Residential Development

West Midlands


An established UK PLC Construction and Development business is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to support the pre-construction and delivery of a significant city centre residential led scheme consisting of RC frame medium rise buildings.


We are looking for a Commercial lead with a track record in working in a main contracting construction environment delivering residential/commercial new build projects with construction values from £50-£100m+.


In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for the commercial team to ensure the successful delivery of the project through its construction lifecycle from Stage 4 to PC. You will lead design, procurement, stakeholder and subcontractor relationship and account management, project and cost management and associate reporting, as well as maximise commercial gains and manage risk of the project.


There is an excellent opportunity for further career progression in a commercial leadership role as well as a robust and committed pipeline of construction and development activity.
