Description

A multifaceted international company with their HQ in London, is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to support their expanding team of 3 qualified lawyers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to work at the coalface of the entertainment industry.


The fast paced, dynamic and forward-thinking environment makes the legal department a great team to be a part of. With no two days being the same, the requirements and demands placed on the legal team are varied and challenging.


Responsibilities: The primary function of the role is to support the legal team across a wide range of commercial and legal matters as follows:


  • Venue hire agreements
  • Artist performance contracts
  • Supplier contracts
  • Standard T&Cs
  • Company Secretarial
  • Implementation of legal processes and protocols including creating legal precedents and knowledge banks
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties as required


Required Experience:


  • A law degree, with the LPC or SQE preferred
  • Minimum 2yrs commercial contracts experience
  • Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Please also note that the role requires 5 days in the office.
