You will work in a collaborative London team of around 40 lawyers, gaining early responsibility and exposure to complex, cross-border deals. Manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management matters.
Advise clients on legal risks, draft and negotiate clear, commercially focused documentation, and maintain direct client relationships.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including finance, tax, corporate, and construction, to deliver integrated advice.
Contribute to business development initiatives, client engagement, and wider team knowledge sharing.
Operate with autonomy and attention to detail while supporting the growth and reputation of the Commercial Property team.
England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-4 PQE in commercial real estate.
Proven experience in acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and ideally development matters.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions independently.
Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
