Commercial Property Solicitor (2–4 PQE)

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded and established regional law firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of quality commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role will include:
- Acting on sales and purchases of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals and variations
- Commercial leases and agreements
- Development and investment work
- Working closely with clients, agents and other professionals
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 2–4 PQE in commercial property
- Have experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Be commercially aware and confident dealing with clients
- Enjoy working as part of a team within a well-structured firm
