Your Role in our Mission:
The Commercial Proposition Manager – Programmes & Benefits owns the commercial strategy, positioning and go-to-market execution of all benefit-driven and retail-led programme propositions, including Reward Gateway’s discounts programme, financial benefit offerings, merchant ecosystem, PSP (Public Sector Programme), and global reward schemes.
You will design compelling value propositions for our benefits ecosystem, ensuring our Select, merchant, and financial benefit programmes are clearly differentiated, competitive, and commercially scalable.
This role bridges Product, Marketing, Merchant Teams, Client Success, and Sales to ensure that our benefit-led propositions drive high adoption, strong utilisation, and meaningful commercial impact for clients and their employees.
