The role
We are looking for a commercial, technology and outsourcing associate (c. 2-5 PQE). The ideal candidate will be an excellent technical lawyer, with a commercial approach to negotiations and resolving issues.
You will typically have an opportunity to be involved in a wide selection of work, but your primary role will be leading and supporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing (whether BPO, IT or otherwise) and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration and digital transformation). You will work across sectors, with a particular focus on contracts and negotiations in the context of the retail & consumer, TMT, business support services and fintech.
