About The Role

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people focused Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of our housing programmes and strengthen the way we engage with residents. In this role, you will arrange and co ordinate stock condition surveys, acting as the first point of contact for residents and ensuring communication remains clear, friendly and professional throughout.

You will also assist with the retrofit works programme, helping residents stay informed and supported as improvement works progress. As part of our wider engagement activity, you will attend open days, estate events and TRA meetings to represent the service and share key updates, as well as carrying out letter drops and on the ground engagement to ensure residents receive important information in a timely way.

To succeed, you will be highly organised, a natural people person, enthusiastic, proactive and able to build strong relationships, with a solid understanding of housing programmes and the needs of our residents.

If you’re passionate about making a positive difference to our communities, we’d be delighted to receive your application.
