About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Communications professional to support global communications efforts from our London office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media relations, internal communications, and digital engagement within a collaborative, international environment.
You’ll play a key role in shaping external messaging across press, digital, and social channels — while also supporting internal events and communications that strengthen employee engagement and understanding of company strategy.
What You’ll Do
External Communications
- Support UK media engagement — prepare press releases, manage journalist lists, and arrange press interviews.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and “coverage books” for senior stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing and refining AI-based tools to enhance reporting and analytics.
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for senior spokespeople.
Internal Communications
- Coordinate internal events in the London office to promote business strategy awareness.
- Create and maintain engaging content across internal channels, including intranet, internal social networks, and digital screens.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in communications, public relations, or media engagement.
- Strong relationships with UK financial press and a solid grasp of media dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native English).
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in financial services or investment management.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) is a plus.
