Main duties of the job
About the RoleYou will lead and coordinate a wide range of programmes including Memory Way Cafés, Singing for Memory, Art for the Mind, Movement for Memory, Professional Gentlemens Club, and Young Onset Dementia Coffee Mornings. You will support Community Dementia Assistants, work with volunteers, and collaborate with community partners to ensure high-quality delivery. You will also develop new initiatives, organise larger dementia-friendly events, and act as a dementia ambassador.This is a full-ti

Knowledge of the Jewish community, its culture, observance, and traditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy, compassion, and respect
Strong organisational and administrative abilities, able to manage multiple programmes and meet deadlines
Ability to support, lead, and collaborate with staff and volunteers
Confident, calm, and solution-focused in challenging situations
High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Positive, proactive, team-focused approach, committed to high-quality, person-centred support
