What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our Workplace Enablement team as a Community Manager, supporting our Digital Champions programmes.
Digital Champions are internal change leaders within customer organisations, typically communities of 100–500 people who help colleagues adopt new ways of working with Microsoft 365 and AI.
In this role, you will:
No two engagements are the same. Microsoft evolves constantly, so you’ll keep learning, stay current, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues.
What we’re looking for
We are degree-agnostic and do not require prior Microsoft or consulting experience.
We’re looking for graduates who:
Experience presenting, teaching, coaching, or engaging groups is a bonus, but not essential.

Working arrangements
This role is based in our Bristol office
During probation, you’ll work from the office full-time alongside your team
