As a Community Palliative Care Specialist Nurse, you will be an integral part of our integrated Cancer, Non-Cancer, and Palliative Care team, working across organisational boundaries to deliver exceptional care. Your role will encompass:
- Advanced Clinical Practice
- Training and Education
- Service Development/Leadership
- Audit
