As a Concierge, your main duties and responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.

To Succeed As a Concierge, You Will Need

• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial

Knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills and attention to detail if you are a current member of Les Clefs DOr or working towards becoming a member, this would be a great plus!

Experience working with Opera

A full-UK drivers license would be desired
