Key Duties And Responsibilities

- To offer the highest level of guest service in all Conference & Banqueting and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.
- To work as part of a team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being flexible with working hours.
- To promote sales within the department and across the hotel.
- To ensure that the C&B areas have safe working practices and that all spillages, etc, are tended to without delay.
- To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your department's standard operating procedures, particularly room setups.
- Experience working with customers
- An excellent command of the English language
- Excellent organisational skills~
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a strong team player
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential
