Our Transformation Activation Northern Ireland team, also known as our Change Management offering, is the largest and fastest-growing dedicated Change Management practice in Northern Ireland, comprising 55 specialists. We partner with clients to deliver critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful business transformations. Our expertise spans the entire transformation lifecycle, from strategic assessment and planning to comprehensive delivery support.

You will have the opportunity to work with elite clients across diverse industries, including:

Your role will involve bringing your industry knowledge, change management, technology platform, and functional transformation expertise, along with broader consulting skills, to:

  • Help clients to realise the benefits of implementing new technology by enabling a great employee experience and allowing people to adopt new ways of working quickly and successfully.
  • Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations, and utilising a combination of consulting experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations.
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology, and point-of-view development activities, and supporting knowledge capture and sharing.

  • Connect to your skills and professional experience

    The technical nature of your change management experience is expected to include:

    • Proven experience in planning and delivering components of business change with knowledge of the end-to-end lifecycle of change activities, to include; change strategies, change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and engagement, business readiness, and training & learning solutions;
    • Experience contributing to at least one of the following types of large-scale organisation transformation programmes:
    1. Technology implementation,
    2. Operational process transformation,
    3. Behaviour and culture transformation,
    4. Organisation/operating model transformation
    • Experience delivering change activities for system implementations such as Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or Cloud & Digital transformations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation, presentation) and a knack for creative content.
  • An innovative mindset with a keen interest in new thinking around transformation, change management, and technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, data-driven change, change activity automation, and Change as a Service).
  • The ability to develop and manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments, demonstrating personal resilience.
  • Desirable skills include:

    • Experience in a consulting organisation or internal consultant role.
    • Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe Express, Vyond, Synthesia) or data analytics (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
    • Relevant change management and technology platform accreditations (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday).
