You will guide customers through emerging technologies and support them in navigating complex digital challenges. Responsibilities include creating effective architecture designs, data centre operations and end-to-end computing solutions. As a key Consultant, you will engage directly with customers and occasionally support pre-sales activities through the creation of technical proposals.

- Lifecycle customers: The role supports Xtravirts strategy and team plans by championing, identifying and driving opportunities to support the transition, growth and retention of customers within lifecycle relationships, collaborating with other teams to achieve the collective goal.
- Customer success: You are also a key contributor to ongoing success for our customers, overall customer satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score targets.
